On-device processing

Every conversion happens entirely on your device. The files you pick are never uploaded to any server. Conversion history is stored locally and deleted when you uninstall the app.

Analytics & crash reporting

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage and crash data. This data is stored on Google's servers and governed by Firebase's privacy policy. No personally identifiable information is included.

In-app purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple's StoreKit and managed by RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment details. Only an anonymous entitlement status (premium / not premium) is known to us. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Legal basis (GDPR / KVKK)

For users in the EEA, UK, and Türkiye, our legal basis for processing anonymous usage data is legitimate interest in improving the app. The data is fully anonymous and contains no information that identifies you personally.

Children

Conviq does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children under 13. The app is suitable for all ages.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
